Just like you, we’re collectors also! M3 Toys was launched in January 2018 by Michael, Monica, and our son Matthew...hence the name M3.

- Are all items in MINT CONDITION?
- Yes, all our items are in Mint Condition, unless otherwise listed. We have a "Mint Condition Guarantee". If your item did not arrive in Mint Condition, please contact us for a replacement.
- Can I cancel my order?
- You may cancel your order at any time before your order ships and will be issued a store credit or refund. All sales are final after your order ships.
- How do you ship?
- All items are shipped safely in boxes.
- All Neca figures and collectibles ship bubble wrapped in a box.
- 1-3 Funko Pops are shipped bubble wrapped in a box. 4+ Funko Pops are shipped box within a box. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
- Squishmallows ship in a bag mailer or box. Depending on size.
- My order was returned to you due to a bad address! My mistake...What now?
- We will ship your order back to the correct address. You just need to pay the shipping cost.
- Where are you located?
- We operate out of Chicago, IL. Our location is at 2333 N Seeley Ave Chicago IL 60647. We're open Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 12pm-4pm (excluding Holidays).
