Just like you, we’re collectors also! We decided to start M3 Toys to give you, easier and faster access to your collectibles and hard to find products. We are a 3 person ran small business. M3 Toys was launched in January 2018 by Michael, Monica, and our son Matthew...hence the name M3.

  • Do you ship to (insert country name here) ?
  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
  • Are all Pops in MINT CONDITION?
  • Yes, all our Pops are Mint Condition, unless otherwise listed. We have a "Mint Condition Guarantee". If your Pop is not in Mint Condition, please contact us for a replacement.
  • Who do you order from?
  • We order directly from Funko and listed distributors.
  • Can I cancel my order?
  • All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours but will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. All orders are final after this time frame.
  • How do you ship?
  • 1-3 Pops are shipped bubble wrapped in a box. 4+ Pops are shipped box within a box. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
  • Am I charged right away for my Pre Order?
  • Yes, you are charged at the time of order. This guarantees your order. You can also leave a 50% deposit if you do not wish to pay in full.
  • When will my Pre Order ship?
  • Your Pre Order will ship when in stock. Please refer to our Pre Order policy here. Get updates here.
  • Why are some Pops that I Pre-Ordered already in stores?!
  • Stores usually receive their stock first. We appreciate your patience and understanding. This is out of our control and in the hands of Funko.
