Just like you, we’re collectors also! We decided to start M3 Toys to give you, easier and faster access to your collectibles. We are a 3 person ran small business. M3 Toys was launched in January 2018 by Michael, Monica, and our son Matthew...hence the name M3.

- Are all items in MINT CONDITION?
- Yes, all our items are in Mint Condition, unless otherwise listed. We have a "Mint Condition Guarantee". If your item did not arrive in Mint Condition, please contact us for a replacement.
- Can I cancel my order?
- All orders may be cancelled within 24 hours but will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee. All orders are final after this time frame.
- How do you ship?
- All items are shipped safely in boxes.
- All Neca figures and collectibles ship bubble wrapped in a box.
- 1-3 Funko Pops are shipped bubble wrapped in a box. 4+ Funko Pops are shipped box within a box. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail.
- Am I charged right away for my Pre Order?
- Yes, you are charged at the time of order. This guarantees your order. You can also leave a 50% deposit if you do not wish to pay in full.
- When will my Pre Order ship?
- Your Pre Order will ship when in stock. Please refer to our Pre Order policy here. Get updates here.
- Why are some items that I Pre-Ordered already in stores?!
- Big box stores usually receive their stock first. We appreciate your patience and understanding. This is out of our control and in the hands of our distributors.
- My order was returned to you due to a bad address! My mistake...What now?
- We will ship your order back to the correct address. You just need to pay the shipping cost.
- Where are you located?
- We operate out of Chicago, IL. Our location is at 2333 N Seeley Ave Chicago IL 60647. We're open Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 12pm-4pm (excluding Holidays) for order pick up only. (Please note that times and availability may change due to Covid-19)
