What is "Mint Condition Guaranteed"?
Mint Condition Guaranteed means your collectibles will arrive with no damage to your collectibles box.
Our MINT CONDITION GUARANTEE applies to all items, unless specified damaged, out of box, or part of our Marketplace. These items will have actual pictures of the item you will receive. These will not fall under our guarantee as they are usually older, vaulted or acquired from collections.
We are collectors also, and we know how important it is to have a MINT CONDITION box to display your collectible.
If your items are damaged during transit, we will replace them with a New/Mint Condition item after filing a damage claim with USPS.
Our Mint Condition Guarantee is only valid for 5 days after the delivery date.
If your items are damaged, please e-mail us at support@m3toys.com with photos of the damaged items.
Please note. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, Funko Soda can chips or wrapper strength, paint flaws, etc. and in such cases, this guarantee will not apply.
Minor box damages not immediately visible will not apply.
International orders will not apply due to the length of travel and circumstances in transit.
